Used my La Caja China for the first time this past Saturday (6/7/08) and was highly impressed at the ease with which we cooked two pork shoulders to perfection. I was TERRIFICALLY disappointed in the "Heavy Duty" gloves, however and plan to return them. A friend at the party suggested I go to a local home improvement store and purchase some welding gloves which is what I plan to do.
