Bought mine a couple of years ago and use it constantly. Turkeys for thanksgiving are now a standard and everyone loooks forward to it. Pork shoukders are the best I have ever had.

Pork Shoulder Beyond Belief

I purchased the Cajita and ran out to get 12 lb pork shoulder. Marinated in mojo type marinade. Cooked per instructions using about 25 lbs of briquettes. The result was the best pork I have ever eaten. The skin was crisp and the meat tender. Time and effort was worth it, even in 98 degree temperatures.
