Indirect charcoal heat on top keeps the meat moist, even though the long whole pig, lamb, or goat roasting process. The spacious wood box interior is lined with marine-grade aluminum and equipped with two steel chrome meat racks. There’s enough room to organize and perfectly cook up to ten whole chickens, three turkeys, six pork shoulders, six pork ribs slabs, or a full 40-pound live weight pig inside.
