Standard Orders

  • Processing/Shipping: Orders received by 11 pm Central Time will ship the same business day. Orders received after 11 pm will ship the next business day.
  • Delivery: Up to 5-8 business days, from the time your order ships.
  • Method: FedEx Ground or FedEx Smartpost.
  • Free Shipping on orders over $99.00 (the continental US only, excluding Alaska and Hawaii)
Expedited Orders
  • Processing/Shipping: Orders received by 11 pm Central Time will ship the same business day. Orders received after 11 pm will ship the next business day.
  • Delivery: Up to 3 business days, from the time your order ships.
  • Method: FedEx Express Saver, FedEx 2nd Day or FedEx Standard Overnight.
  • Cost: Our FedEx rates are calculated in real time using updated information directly from the Fedex computers.

**Although US customers are given only the choice of the FedEx options below when you check out, we may send US Postal if we feel you will receive the package sooner (usually the case when shipping to the West Coast).

International Shipping:
We will ship most products to most foreign countries either by FedEx or US Postal. To get a shipping quote simply contact us at1-800-338-1323 or email customer service at

Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes on orders over $149.99 shipping in the continental USA only, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

How do we calculate shipping costs?
When you place an order, the weight and dimensions of your entire order are automatically calculated and sent to FedEx or US Postal (USPS) servers for a real-time rate.

Where is the merchandise shipped from?
All of our products are shipped from our Miami/Dade Factory/Warehouse located at 7395 W 18 LN Hialeah, Florida 33014.

How can I track my order?
Login to your Lacajachina-ID account on Lacajachina.com, where you can check the status of your order, track the delivery and look up your order history.

Tax?
State and local sales taxes may apply. All taxable states must calculate the applicable sales tax on the subtotal of items plus shipping. Taxes shown on the website are an
estimated tax. The true amount charged to your credit card will be shown on your shipping confirmation e-mail.

Time for order processing?

The total amount of time for order processing, shipping and delivery are dependent upon the following:
  • The day and time your order was received
  • The availability of the product(s) you are ordering
  • A successful payment authorization
  • The selected shipping method
  • The carrier(s) delivering the order(s)
Do you ship to a P.O. box or APO/FPO?
Yes, we do, just contact customer service at 1-800-338-1323 or via email for assistance.

LACAJACHINA.COM RETURN POLICY

Items purchased on Lacajachina.com or thru our Customer Service that are unused and in their original packaging
may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Upon receipt and inspection of the item(s) by La Caja China, refunds will be issued for the purchased price of the item(s)
and any applicable sales tax in the original form of payment. Shipping charges for both delivery and returns are not refundable.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which may be obtained by contacting La Caja China

Damaged, Defective or Missing Items

We stand by our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. If an order arrives and is damaged, defective
